How do I place my first order?

First, sign up with our secure New Member sign up page.  Enter your email address on the Email line. Next enter a password you can remember.  This will be your member login and password.  Then hit Sign Up. You will then be sent a six digit confirmation code on your email to enter on the line asking for the code. Hit the Confirm & Sign Up button. You will now be able to order on the Palm’s Custom Cards website as a new member. Enjoy!

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum orders, even on your first order.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us at 1-763-772-8246 if you need to make adjustments to your order. We process all orders within 3 business days so the time window for changes or cancellations must be within that period.

I am a wholesale business customer and would like to carry your cards. How can I order?

To order cards at wholesale directly from us, please email us at palmscustomcards@gmail.com to request an order form that you can print, fill out, and send back to us via email or by USPS. We will send you an invoice via email. Mail a copy of the invoice along with your business check to:
