STORE POLICY
Shipping
We process all orders within three business days after the order is placed. We ship via USPS and UPS services.
Payment
Accepted Methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept PayPal for online orders only. We do not ship COD.
Sales Tax:
Each U.S. state has its own law that determines whether out-of-state sales transactions are taxable. If your state requires sales tax on any purchase, you will be automatically charged appropriate taxes upon checkout.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 – 7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, an identical replacement will be shipped to you. To request an exchange, please email us at palmscustomcards@gmail.com.
